Well the economic slow down had not managed to slow down my freelance work load until just recently. I currently have about four or five web site proposals and two logo proposals that are waiting for a green light. The only explanation I have is that people are walking on egg shells out there and marketing and design can be an area to cut costs and corners. I don't have to tell you that I think it is the wrong place to cut costs. I am the type of creative that needs to keep the juices flowing at all times. So I am offering "Bailout Graphic Design" prices.
I still believe in the design process and I want to offer companies custom designs to fight the good fight against template chop shops. Give me a call and lets talk over your budget. I am very flexible and I want to help people out. Ben

Is it good to be too busy?
Well it has been too long since my last post. It begs the question is it good to be so busy that you can't even post a simple note on your blog? I am working hard to balance my new full-time job and the wealth of great freelance work that is coming my way these days. I recently finished work on an amazing companie's web site. Thrive Design Studio focuses on green design and architecture. Take a look www.thrivesustainability.com Designer Josh Foss is a locale guy who is up and coming in the world of green building, living, and design.
I am also learning video design at my full-time job so if you ever need animated graphics I have added that to my skill set. Get these services while I am still a novice and they will be cheap. Not for long though. Come back often. Ben Malley
